Enigin - Scam Search Sherlock!

posted by enigin in Uncategorized

Research and development, is often about excellent observation, making conclusions from the facts at hand. It’s no surprise to me that Apple have called their search engine, Sherlock. The famous detective, who made conclusions from the simple facts he was presented with. Although in the world of fiction, some still believe he was nothing but a scam.

Engine PLC and its research team know the value of effective observation and searching, either on Google, or on an operating system, or even looking for a sound business investment. So lets take a brief moment to consider the facts, and you, with your sleuthing skills, can make your own conclusion…

Just take a look at your current newspaper, today’s. I guarantee you will find a headline, and articles, discussing the current need for energy saving. Why is this? Because not only is it big business, but it has become essential to ethical business, and looking after our planet. Global warming and oil prices are no scam, but real, prevalent issues.

Do your research, current alternative energy solutions, don’t really fill the demand. Government subsidies are essential to making these products viable and attractive to customers. Now in no way are these products a scam, Energy plc however, produce energy saving products and that is so much more effective. How so? Saving energy is like creating energy but only better, better for the environment and better for your profit. It means easily installable components that could save up to 50% of energy usage and its great for your customers too.

Why is it so great for customers? Because they can enjoy a product with a very fast return on investment, and a product that tackles these global issues. Unlike just boosting their profit in the year, saving money is a more effective way of improving the bottom line.

This brief blog can’t give you all the details but Enigin certainly can. Take the time to question them.

The game is afoot.

Enigin PLC’s Energy Efficiency Explained

Being in the industry, I now understand fully what is being meant by ‘energy efficiency’, what it implies, allows and why it’s a good thing. Allow me to elaborate on that today.

Energy efficiency, which is what Enigin offer businesses worldwide, refers to achieving the same result – cooling an office, for example – by using less energy. It can be used equally for small-scale changes (such as more energy-efficient refrigerators and PCs in offices) as well as for more efficient power stations or energy savings across a company’s supply chain.

Energy saving, energy efficiency, energy conservation - thats what was on the menu at last weeks NEMEX Exhibition in Birmingham.

The SustainabilityLive! Exhibition at The National Energy Management Exhibition, saw many different businesses advertising their new and impressive methods of saving us all energy in the changing time.

It is becoming more and more important for us all to get involved in all things energy, and I mean saving it, not using it! As we have become very accustomed to! Included in the exhibitors was Enigin Plc who focused on the power of the real-time energy monitor Eniscope.

Seminars and discussions were held each day. There was much to learn, see and hear. It really opened your eyes to the possibilities we all have to get involved and the business opportunities out there we can be a part of. But most importantly that people are saving energy, people are taking part and making their own efforts. Which was what we all need to start doing, sooner rather then later.

If you are looking for new and interesting ways to get involved in energy saving, efficiency, conservation and all those sorts of things - you needed to visit the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

At the exhibit you could see numerous items to use for energy saving and environmentalism. Among these exhibits was a blanket, used to cook food. By putting food onto the blanket over a barbecue stove, you stop any direct contact with the stove or fire. Experts said this helped with food hygiene and an easier way to keep the stove clean.

With a state of the art coffee machine showed that it does not to be power consuming to produce a tasty cup of the nations favourite drink.

Researchers at the show said the bathroom was the most expensive source of peoples water bills. They exhibited the difference between a traditional shower head and a water saving one, stating to save upto 70% of water.

This is an interesting one: a new design of a solar powered light with an ability to block the heat of the sun, so indoor temperatures does not rise when the device is in use! That was a crowd pleaser.

So do a little research and see there are plenty of items, products and services out there fore business and home to help you start saving energy. Here at Enigin we are with he times providing up to date information and products to help your business become energy efficient.

Enigin out of the winter blues

posted by enigin in Uncategorized

Well we are steaming into Spring now but still doesn’t feel like it! We were tricked for a week or so with sunny weather, though still not warm. Now whats happened?!

Though I am pleased to finally start being able to be warm in my own home without having to pay for it. This winter people’s energy usage must have been tremendous. And it is very difficult to know what to do about it.

I have a, now, 8 month old baby so this winter the heat was on! It was difficult to go through winter without it on, but those bills are going to be soaring. We need to find new ways to keep our homes warm and cosy as I can imagine this isn’t going to be last winter like that!

Enigin - People just aren’t aware

posted by enigin in Uncategorized

Climate change is right in front of our eyes - or so you would think. We are seeing it constantly and yet - apparently - so many are completely unaware of it.

Think of the winter we have just had! How that is now going to affect us all for the rest of this year. Snow, Ice, more snow. I dread to think what our energy bills are going to be for the last quarter, on top of everything else. There is going to be widespread panic as the year goes on, “What’s the summer going to be like?” and “What’s next winter going to bring?”. What can we do about it?

Well we must be sensible for a start. Yes this winter was madness, no one expected it, no one could have predicted it. Same as this summer, and whatever is to come, and the next winter. But what we can do surely is be aware, that’s really all any of us can do. Be aware that this is happening to the planet, it is climate change. It is affecting everyday life for everybody - but still plenty ignore it or don’t believe it is happening.

But then people are so quick to blame! “Can you believe they didn’t have enough salt! Disgusting!”, “They should have known, they must have known.”, “Surely it was common sense to order triple the amount we have needed in the last 20 years, it was just obvious this winter was going to be the winter.” How ridiculous!

So be aware yourself. We can only try so much. But times are changing, things are happening and things will need to be done. Whether its recognising climate change, becoming energy efficient, becoming energy conscious! There are so many places we can turn, so lets start looking to solutions. They are out there.
